  • Q: Why does Internet Explorer 8/9/10 show a blank screen when trying to log in?
    A: Internet Explorer 8/9/10 have some additional security features that may affect communication between Stitchz.net and the host website, in some cases preventing it. To fix this, try the following:
    1. Add Stitchz.net as a Trusted Site
      To add Stitchz.net as a Trusted site, click the Security tab, select the Trusted Websites icon. Click the Sites button. In the "Add this website to the zone" text box enter "https://*.stitchz.net". Click Add and restart Internet Explorer.
    2. If the above changes don't fix the blank screen turn on IE Protected Mode
      Protected Mode can be configured in Internet Explorer's Internet Options dialog. To configure Protected Mode, click the Security tab, select the Trusted Websites icon. Now check the checkbox marked "Enable Protected Mode" and restart internet explorer.   • Q: Why is my name missing from the sign in page?

    A: This happens when the application has not requested the proper permissions from the Identity Provider, i.e. Google. Contact the website/application's support or owner. If you are the owner then log in to your Stitchz account and correct the permissions your are requesting from the Identity Provider. Simply adjusting the Scope to include the missing property many times is all that is needed. Double check the Scope configured in Stitchz matches the Scope setup for your application at the Identity Provider.
